The Holly Springs NC housing market of today is totally different than it was less than 10 years ago.
New homes, Shopping Centers and I-540 have made Holly Springs a sought after location for home buyers. Housing prices are averaging a little less than in Cary, North Raleigh and Morrisville. Schools are also highly ranked. Holly Springs is a very family friendly town and has one of the largest and newest soccer fields.
Single family home prices average is close to $380,000 with average of 20 days on the market. The homes in the most popular neighborhoods that are in great condition sell at of above asking price with, in many cases, multiple offers.
Townhomes have been averaging $250,000 to well over $300,000. Expect multiple bids and higher than asking price if you are purchasing a resale townhome priced at or under $250,000.
